The Seiko Prospex SPB501J1 celebrates Seiko’s legendary 1965 “62MAS” diver in a vibrant PADI Special Edition. It features a 40 mm stainless steel case (13 mm thick, 46.4 mm lug‑to‑lug) with a sapphire crystal (inner anti‑reflective coating) and a 300 m water-resistance rating via screw-down crown and caseback  . The emerald-green gradient dial, evoking shimmering ocean depths, includes a date window at 4:30 and bold LumiBrite hands and markers  . Inside beats Seiko’s in-house 6R55 automatic calibre (±15/+25 s/day accuracy) with hand-winding, stop-seconds, and an impressive 72-hour power reserve  .

A three-link stainless steel bracelet—featuring micro-adjustable clasp and wetsuit extension—ensures both comfort and robustness. It’s complemented by an additional Seichu-woven nylon strap crafted from recycled fishing nets, tied to Seiko’s sustainability efforts  .
