Celebrating Seiko’s 145th anniversary, this limited-edition Prospex Alpinist features a striking “Edo purple” dial, inspired by a traditional colour associated with the aesthetic culture of Edo-period Tokyo. The distinctive shade connects the heritage of historic Edo with the creativity and evolution of modern-day Tokyo.

The Alpinist traces its heritage to the Laurel Alpinist of 1959, Seiko’s first sports watch. Designed with outdoor adventure in mind while retaining an elegant character, the modern Alpinist has evolved into a versatile sports watch suited to both exploration and everyday wear.

Powered by Seiko’s 6R55 automatic calibre, this model provides an approximate 72-hour power reserve and features a 39.5mm stainless-steel case, sapphire crystal, rotating inner compass ring and 20 bar water resistance. It is presented on a black leather strap with purple stitching that complements the anniversary dial. Limited to 7,000 pieces worldwide.

Orders of £80 and over will be sent free of charge and will be sent on Royal Mail Tracked 24 for service.

For orders above £150 we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive the next (working) day after the day of despatch.

International Orders (Jewellery)

European and International orders will be charged at £12.99 and sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service.
