UK Mainland Delivery

Orders under £60 will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.50 and will be sent on Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.

Orders of £60 and over will be sent free of charge and will be sent on Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.

For orders above £150 we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to arrive the next day before 1pm after the day of despatch. Orders below £150 can still use Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of 7.99.

International Delivery

European and International orders will be charged at £9.99 and sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and signed service.

For orders of £250 delivery will be free of charge.

European delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International delivery usually takes approximately 5-7 working days.

Returns

All U.K. Mainland orders placed online with Yorkshire Jewellery Company will have 30 days to return any items in their original condition for a full refund (this is 30 days from receipt of goods).
