Order Delivery

UK POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES


Orders under £80 will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.50 and will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.


Orders of £80 and over will be sent free of charge and will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for service.


For orders above £150 we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery* which is guaranteed to arrive the next day before 1pm after the day of despatch. This service will require a signature and Is a Monday to Friday service.

You may select which day you would like to receive your parcel during checkout if you choose Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery On the day of dispatch, your order will be updated with a tracking number and Royal Mail will email / text you on the day of delivery. A charge of £7.99 applies.

We endeavour to process all orders placed before 14:00pm on the same day, however we cannot always guarantee this during busy periods. Orders received after 13:00 on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.


We can deliver to an address that isn’t your billing address, however, when placing an order you must use the correct billing address of where your method of payment is registered when prompted.

The quoted delivery time is an estimate only and we cannot guarantee that it will get there on the specified day, especially if there is a problem with the courier (road incidents, floods, heavy snow etc)

If there is no-one present at the delivery address, it may be left with a neighbour or Royal Mail may leave you a "Sorry we missed you" card with details of how to collect / arrange a redelivery for your item.

*Royal Mail Special Delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery.
It is your responsibility to collect your item or arrange a redelivery. If you do not collect your items or have them delivered within several working days, then your parcel will be sent back to Yorkshire Jewellery Company where you may have to pay for redelivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

European and International orders will be charged at £9.99 and sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and signed service.
For orders of £250 and above, delivery will be free of charge.

European delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.
During busy seasons it may take a little longer and the above delivery times are not guaranteed.

All information provided must be correct for us to receive an authorisation from your issuing bank. If the information we receive from you is incorrect, or we are unable to receive sufficient authorisation from your issuing bank, your order will be cancelled & you will be notified as to the reason(s) why.

RETURNS



All U.K. Mainland orders placed online with Yorkshire Jewellery Company will have 30 days to return any items in their original condition including any free gifts sent out (namely Cleaning cloth) for a full refund (this is 30 days from receipt of goods). If we receive any returns after 30 days, it is at the discretion of Yorkshire Jewellery Company on whether we issue a refund or return the item to you.

Yorkshire Jewellery Company advise that any product which you wish to return is sent via a trackable postal service. Yorkshire Jewellery Company are not responsible for lost or damaged items which are returned. Yorkshire Jewellery Company are not responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty.

When will my refund be processed?

 
We aim to process your refund your within 5 working days of us receiving the item back.
You will be refunded to the full price of the returned products to your original payment method and we do not charge 'restocking' fees though if postage free on the order this may be deducted from the refund.

If you have paid for your delivery service, that cost is not refunded.
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange the purchase of earrings

 

EXCHANGE


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
